They charged my daughter two cancellation fees for days when the power was out at their gym, yet they can't provide any explanation for these charges. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue by calling the studio twice, contacting their corporate office once, and sending multiple emails, their staff has shown unprofessionalism and a lack of problem-solving skills. Given this situation, it's evident that trusting them with your credit card information is unwise, and I've decided to cancel my membership.
