I started coming here in July 2024. It was my first time taking a spin class, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. My first class was with Cassie. I really enjoyed her energy and instruction. Initially, I was pretty out of shape and only made it halfway through the class. I have been going to CycleBar for several years now, and honestly I love the workout, the music, the instructors, the staff, and the ENERGY!!!
