Just experienced my first class with a friend today. Shakima was my instructor and I loved her inviting energy, openness, instruction , and playlist; I decided to make it a routine weekly class. I highly recommend this location as well, the staff were very accommodating and provided clear instructions. This class WILL push you, in the best way….
