They were welcoming, took great care of us new people. Classes have been a blast, energy is high and Robert gets everyone going. Owners are great folks

A great place for a short, moderate to high intensity exercise. Environment is always uplifting, fun, supportive, and positively challenging in order for you to grow and accomplish your goals. Furthermore, it is a place that is personable and welcoming to all ages, races, genders, and exercise background. Great/supportive staff and community oriented with new management.
