Dana was AMAZING! So natural and funny on the bike, I forgot I was in a spin class!! Great music and motivation!
Dana is amazing! Literally got one of the hardest indoor cycling workouts of my life with her today - she's also hilarious which is what I need in a class
I attended a free non membership cycle session when they were offering a free session day. The event was a lot of fun with healthy foods and drinks. Photos of the event were taken. Turnout that day was great. The studio is located in a nice area in Bee Cave. The cycling instructor Brittany is the best instructor. I attended my free session on a Sunday. All of the staff and instructors were friendly. My only complaint which is why I have no interests in purchasing a membership is that there are no showers to wash off after a ... read more
