Not a friendly or welcoming space. Tried going twice and did not care for it. The cycle classes were boring in comparison to what I am used to. One of the instructors just talked the whole time. I’ve never wanted to walk out of a class before and I did here. Will not return. If you’re looking for a welcoming space and community setting this isn’t it.

My wife and I are first year snowbirds. We enjoy spin classes as part of our weekly exercise programs. Our spin studio up north closed, an unfortunate victim of the pandemic. We've been looking for a place with a good vibe and community ever since. We found it at Cyclebar in Palm Beach Gardens. Walked in the door with minimal spin experience, scared to bits. Two months in, I’m here 3x per week and I look forward to every class. CycleBar PBG is spotlessly clean. The team and fellow riders together create such a friendly and fun environment. Yes, we work hard, but there is absolute freedom to go at your own pace. Johnny has been an especially great coach for me, and I am so grateful to the whole team for getting to know me by name and being so welcoming and supportive. I wish I had extra stars to give.
The facility is very clean and everyone has been very welcoming. Pauleena brings the BEST energy and somehow knows exactly how to push you while still making it feel empowering and fun. Her playlists are unreal and I leave every ride feeling strong, accomplished, and like a better version of myself. If you’re on the fence about booking her class, just do it. You won’t regret it!
