I've had a great experience at CycleBar Lake Country. All of the instructors are great, but Alexa's strength classes are my favorite! I also love that they offer 30-minute express classes a few times a week, along with a variety of class styles. The studio is always clean, and the atmosphere is motivating. The only things I would change would be to play more remixes and add more 4:30 pm class options. Those additions would make an already great studio even better!
I’ve never felt more welcome, unjudged, and more wanted at a workout place before.
The instructors are all amazing! Between the music they play and the motivation during a ride you will be surprised how quickly 45 min goes. I have never left without a smile on my face. I would recommend everyone gives it a try. You will love the way you feel and want to go back!

I’m so glad I joined :) I look forward to such a uplifting environment and an amazing start to my morning from the instructors also being motivational and connecting to us to the music choices that always makes you come back for more!
