Carol has wonderful energy!! Great way to start the morning!!
First time going and I can honestly say this is the place. Came in and there was a locker with my name to greet me! Caitlin was very sweet and helpful at the front desk. Super fun energy from April the instructor as well! She gives lots of encouragement and really brings the motivation to its peek! Also met the Gm Amanda who came in on her birthday no less! Already planning my next workout so see you soon!
