I’ve contacted cycle bar several times because I keep getting phone calls saying I owe money!! Avoid this place at all possibility!! Horrible customer service by the owners and staff!!
My husband and I came in about 6 months ago to do our first free class, not expecting to love it as much as we did. I cancelled my subscription at another gym and we both got an unlimited membership to CycleBar because we loved the workout and this studio so much! Everyone is so friendly, greets me by name, and just has a positive vibe. I always leave feeling great - love the music and the cold towel at the end. My ONLY complaint is that you get charged $10 if you cancel a booking within 12 hours…but the classes usually don’... read more
