Loved the instructor unfortunately they just kept charging my account with these random fees and what not on top of membership & their so quick to send you 20 plus calls & texts to sign up but when you call after you get an email about some kind of charge no one answers or gets back to you! Just a horrible personal experience for me.
Canceled my membership in person in February, and have since been repeatedly and wrongfully charged. Was charged in March & April even after I confirmed cancellation. Super shady business practice. I was supposed to be refunded but never was. Steer clear!!!
just took my first cycle class along with my friends this morning and had to leave a review! sydney was an amazing instructor!! super motivating and brought great energy the whole time. you somehow leave feeling completely defeated and incredible at the same time! what a great first class!! 🫶
I moved away from the area and requested for Cyclebar to cancel my membership. I was told I would have to come in person to cancel and it could not be done on the phone. I explained I no longer lived close enough to stop by and requested that they email me any forms I need to sign and I would happily sign them and email them back. This was on December 30th when I requested a cancellation. It is now March 10th and they have made my account go negative multiple times. They are refusing to cancel my membership. I dropped in for a class today and they were amazing! Loved the energy and instructor! Wish I lived in KC to join permanently.
