Cyclebar spinning classes are the best workout for a 45-minute session. All of the instructors are excellent. Mindy's class is one of my favorites because of her energy, music selection, and "be the best you can be" attitude.
I have a bunch of favorite instructors: Nikki, Kyla, Richelle, Mindy, Carlos — they all bring the energy, motivation, and push me to new limits each class. Love the theme’d playlists/ classes. And you can never go wrong with any of those instructors ^
