Buyer beware... great instructors and facility however cancelling a membership is not easy and will be a full time job. I cancelled my membership per contract in writing and sent certified mail. It was received in May and I am still being charged. I have left message and no returned calls. This has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. I will not be rejoining.

So welcoming! The girls had my name written on my locker and were very warm and friendly. Bree helped me get signed up and Kendra, the instructor, was very informative and high energy and delivered a fun and challenging class.
Great studio ! Great instructors. Very clean studio and friendly employees which create a great ride experience. However customer service from corporate level is terrible . Trying to redeem points from a program they created is impossible. I am anxious to know if anyone has had the same experience?
