My dad purchased a bike here in early 2010, & it was the worse mistake he could have made. The sales man who calls himself Brian made it out like this bike was all peaches & cream. The sale went thru & little did we know what my dad would soon find out. The bike's speedomoter did not work, the oil leaked, the seat was not even screwed on right. i went into cycle world on 5/19/10 i went to see about purchasing a scooter for my husband. we was told that the scooter would cost us 1800.00 plus tax and tags . we put down 1200.00 on the scooter thinking that this would make it a quick pay off an boost our credit score. when we got to signing the paper work thats when we found about all these extra fees, that we as being a ist time bike purchaser was not aware of . This store has a less than customer service oriented return policy. I bought a leather jacket but wanted to return it because it was a tight fit while riding. When I tried to return it, even though I had the receipt showing I had purchased it the previous day I was harassed becasuse I was not returning the jacket in the same condition in which they sold it to me.
