When there parts computer system is wrong with OEM part # they should dig deeper to help the customer not just say "well my computer says" and still sell me the wrong parts, and when I call to inform them the part was incorrect, they still disagreed. You win! Yes you are right the electrical parts your parts dept chose, sourced and sold me are older. If they fit, it wouldn’t be an issue, but they do not. And as your “policy” states! You do not take electrical parts back anyways. The switches you have , may or may not fit…. Really? “ Only way to be sure is to order OEM”.
