You win! Yes you are right the electrical parts your parts dept chose, sourced and sold me are older. If they fit, it wouldn’t be an issue, but they do not. And as your “policy” states! Dealt with richard the service manager he was able to make things happen. Got the price I want The product I want , in the time frame that I want no questions asked. EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR THE BEST PRICE WITH THE BEST SERVICE
Was corresponding with Richard the “sales manager” on a unit over marketplace, he had the incorrect price listed and when was given a quote it was all of a sudden $1000 more, I mentioned what had happened and was expecting something to be done accordingly. Immediately started acting shady and laughing at the situation. Then blocked me on Facebook so I couldn’t leave a review, I guess Google is a better spot anyway. Appreciated the no pressure sales approach. Staff was very knowledgable and able to be patient with my numerous visits and questions.
I would stay clear of this place, what a mistake buying from them. I bought a 2022 cf moto uforce 1000. So far my own research has proven me right when saying they are a pretty good machine but have there issues as for cycle works well, after spending over $20,000 on a side by side and they said they went through it and detailed it, I call b.s. After getting the machine home I realized it was low on fuel, so no biggie fill it up and take it for a ride. As soon as it gets warmed up at to temp I can smell antifreeze. I found a... read more
