I had such a great experience working with Jalyn at CycleWorks in Acheson! I was there to pick up dirt bike gear for the first time, and she made the whole process smooth, fun, and zero percent intimidating. Absolute worst service I’ve ever had. They charged me to fix my bike , failed to fix it t then charged for a second repair that didn’t work. These guys are absolute con man and you should never do business here
Excellent service. They keep your toys working so you can ride when you want. Great turnaround time on repairs.
We ordered a cf moto side by side from salesman Ken at cycle works on February 15 2025. He assured us that the unit would be available by mid April. We had an event scheduled for the end of May. We paid a $2000 deposit. We were excited and waited patiently. They called us on Saturday April 19th at 3:00 to let us know our side by side is ready. Cycle works is not open Sunday and Monday. May 2025 Came in again this week and needed to find parts for my 89 Gold Wing. Parts are discontinued but Carli and Coltan were so kind and gave me names of other dealerships in the area who have them. Way to go! I left feeling valued even though I didn’t spend a dime. I’ll always come back. Thanks Parts!! Jan 2023 Had a great experience with the new accessories gal. Super friendly and funny. She did her best to find what I was looking for PLUS she can can do parts at her desk. One stop shopping!
