Was corresponding with Richard the “sales manager” on a unit over marketplace, he had the incorrect price listed and when was given a quote it was all of a sudden $1000 more, I mentioned what had happened and was expecting something to be done accordingly. Immediately started acting shady and laughing at the situation. Then blocked me on Facebook so I couldn’t leave a review, I guess Google is a better spot anyway. Appreciated the no pressure sales approach. Staff was very knowledgable and able to be patient with my numerous visits and questions.
I would stay clear of this place, what a mistake buying from them. I bought a 2022 cf moto uforce 1000. So far my own research has proven me right when saying they are a pretty good machine but have there issues as for cycle works well, after spending over $20,000 on a side by side and they said they went through it and detailed it, I call b.s. Absolutely terrible service department, snobby employees and manager, sled was in for 5 months for a warranty repair. Picked it up as they said it was ready, brought it home, doesn’t run. When i came back to inquire just get the run around, no help at all.
