I dropped off my new Teryx for the first service and everyone was great. Service lady was informative and helpful, the guys out back seem to go above and beyond to help off loading/loading etc. this is service!!! Thanks all!!
Cycleworx has to be one of the most horribly run and poorly managed businesses I have ever seen and heard of. The shop is run by unqualified staff. They are very slow, do not have the proper tool and equipment to work in a timely and quality manner. Customers parts go missing and end up for sale on marketplace. One thing they are good at is pinching o rings and sending a bike out the door just to be returned over and over again.
It was great doing business with these guys! Thanks to the star-man : Cole is the guy. Give this guy a RAISE! He is just the epitome of excellence and good customer service. You got a good one. Would go back for all my outdoorsy purchases and services. Will recommend this shop for all outdoorman in Central Alberta. That showroom is packed, will be back soon.
This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a motorcycle shop. Consistently awful service. Every time I went there, their service department is awful. I wasted time going all the way there after they said they could fix the part. I had explained what I needed fixed with great detail over the phone. They said they'd absolutely fix it.
