Picked up a few parts for my ranger and the staff were really helpful.
I had an excellent purchasing experience here for a Tuono 660. Barry is extremely knowledgeable and is the friendliest vehicle salesperson I have ever met. You will be in good hands with him or anyone from dealership for that matter.
I loved my buying experience at Cycleworks Edmonton, Barry and Drew made the whole process easy and smooth, from phoning in to put my 2025 SX300 on hold while I was out of town, to trading in my street bike, signing the final documents and waiting for PDI (which was done very well), to my final walk through of the new bike with maintenance tips and all the fancy new gadgets like electric start, map switch, high idle and idle screw adjustment. Great parts department.
Have had issue after issue with my bike (private deal not their fault) and cycle works has been awesome in service. Quick responses. Things go wrong all the time and they handle it well. They stand behind their work and if something goes wrong this is the only place I’ve seen willing to actually do the right thing. I’d never go anywhere else. Even if there is cheaper out there having this peace of mind is worth it. Thanks guys!
