The driver of a white Cycleworks603 Subaru Sambar kei truck tailgated me, laid on the horn the moment a light turned green, and continued to drive aggressively, following too closely, flipping me off, and making obscene gestures even though I was going the speed limit. After I moved over to let him pass, he screamed out his window with profanity and continued making gestures. Great customer service! I got a really nice quality sweatshirt, the shop looked clean and was full of all different kinds of bikes & scooters, accessories, and parts. Awesome experience overall.
Can’t say enough great things about Ben. I recently acquired a Ruckus which needed some work. Ben helped me out and hooked me up with used parts to get the scooter in working order. I was doing the work myself and he was more than willing to give me advice and helpful tips when repairing the scooter. He really knows his stuff! I bought one of my dream bikes ('83 GS1100E) as a project. Two other establishments shot me down as soon as they heard it was 40+ yrs old and then I stumbled across Cycle Works. I found Ben to not only be a complete professional but very straightforward and down to earth. I’ve been in the store when the owner has had to ask customers to not touch bikes that aren’t there’s and have seen the way they recoil and treat the owner like he just shot there dog or something. The one star reviews are from these types of people. Don’t trust these people. Ben and Jeff treat people the way they deserve to be treated. And they do a bang up job servicing the scooters and bikes on the seacoast! The custom work is next level and I will always bring my bikes to Ben and Jeff for storage and service.
