Absolutely the rudest and most disrespectful customer service. We scheduled to have our bike brought in to be looked at. They never gave us a time just a date. The day came so we looked for business hours and could not find any. We called their listed number multiple times until someone was finally there to answer. We explained that we were told what date to drop it off, but weren't given a time frame when our bike could be looked, so we didn't know when to bring it in.
