I've had several pleasant experiences here they are always very helpful and knowledge and are very accommodating.
I stopped in Cycle Works about two years ago just to check it out and see their offerings. I've been in the store several times now and have bought a variety of items from shoes to ball bearings. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The owner spent time with me figuring out a non standard axle build I had encountered in one of my bikes. This is my go to bike store.
I want to thank Gary and his awesome team for making this special bike for me. It runs great and i can handle it very well with my one arm! They switched everything onto the right side for me and it is very easy for me to operate it this way!
Great bicycle shop in Lawrence. I go here for all my repairs. It's always been completed within 24 hours. Great quality work, never had to return for shoddy work. Knowledgeable staff, and decent pricing. Highly recommended for all your bike repairs!!!! :D
