DECENT PLACE I purchased my ride from here. Very good service and they often take my bike in immediately for minor adjustments when I just ride in. I would strongly recommend this shop to friends that are looking for a ride. Very knowledgable staff there ALL the time.
Service, not so good. I took my bike there because it was broken. They told me to pick it up a few days later. I went in a few days later, and was told that they ordered the wrong part, so it'd be another week. Waited and waited, no call at all. So I called THEM and was told that they would try to hurry the order. Another week went by. Called again. Was told the part would be in in a few days. Finally the part got there, and they put it on. Then they called me (for the first time) and told me my frame was bent, and that I ne... read more
