I dropped my 2014 Honda Pioneer-4 off with multiple problems including refusal to shift into hi gear. Cycle West read the codes, diagnosed the problems and repaired the issue very proffesionally and with minimal labour cost. When I showed up on Saturday not knowing they were closed for winter hours I was reluctant to return home and come back later as it is a 3 hr. drive each way.
