More like psycho Trax. Staff too intense!
I go to the cycle class on friday at 10:00am with Terri Ibarra, I bought a groupon for 5 classes, I tried a TRX class and was not a fan… but Terri's spinning class was amazing!!!!! so high energy, challenging and fun! i have taken spinning a couple times at LA fitness and it was okay at best. i go to this studio solely for her spinning class. love it. thank you terri.
