Not very welcoming to new riders. Wish I could say more but I was only in the store for about 5 minutes. Was hoping to get a few of my questions answered and sit on a few bikes to figure out what to buy after an upcoming BRC course. Everyone reccomends dealerships on reddit though so idk. Maybe you'll have better luck.
