Above and beyond expectations. I drove four hours to have my bike looked at. Turns out beta has awesome customer service and they stood behind their products.Ended up getting the parts and labor warrantied. Ben discovered the engine casings were out of spec and ended up getting new casings, bearings, etc from beta.
Very good customer service, they finished my fork very fast and a good price, visit these guys worth every mile.
Mike and his dad were awesome. What a great experience. I only wish I didn't live two hours away or I'd be hanging out there more often.
