Michael helped my daughter with her new Merida 7.20 Bike today. He was really patient and made sure it was the right fit, and that she was comfortable. He really knows his stuff, and even took the time to teach me some servicing that we can do ourselves at home. Great service, great price, and extremely patient with their time. Highly recommend you drop in for a chat!

I had my fold up bike serviced at Cycle Spot late last year. Recently I dropped the bike off again as one of the folding mechanisms was a bit stiff (unrelated to the service). Michael had a good look which would have entailed locating the bike's specialty manual online. He gave me a full explanation of the issue and a good suggestion which was money saving. I appreciated the time he gave to the issue and his attention in explaining the issue to me, all for a nominal amount. I'll be heading back there for my next service.

I got a punture on my ebike close by so stopped here on a Saturday. The young boys in the shop said tbey could not change the inner tube because of liabilty my bike was full of cheap components and may catch fire. I asked what was the risk of it catching fire with the battery removed ?, They then said it involved unplugging a wire and they dont do that. They kindly sold me an inner tube so I went to another shop purchased a pump and spanner and did it myself. Took 15 minutes.

Best bike shop in town. Great people and did a stellar job getting my bike back on the road.
