Thank you for the quick servicing. My kid's rough on everything and it was awesome to walk in and get it repaired, no questions asked. When we walked out my son said the bike was like new again.

I've now ridden out to this shop twice when they were supposed to be open according to their posted hours. The second time I even called ahead to confirm that the hours were correct and that they would be open before coming. The person I spoke to told me they would be and said that he'd had to close early the day before to avoid overtime since he was working alone but that they would be open till 9. Today I had the great experience of buying my first bike to train and thanks to the great experience Frank could get the bicy with the necessary features. The best customer service, price and the opportunity to belong to the cycling club that Frank is promoting.
