Got to tell/warn my friends and family that ride...We had the WORST EXPERIENCE at CYCLE SPECIALISTS on Jefferson Ave. in Newport News. Most unprofessional jerk we've EVER encountered (Larry). Went in for a simple starter rebuild came back with more noise in the bike than ever! When we told to them and the had the entire bike towed to the shop so they could listen to it; we got cussed out by Larry and called a piece of s*** for even questioning his work... I swear to you the noise was never there before they touched the bike.... read more
