Absolutely amazing service. Came here for a safety and had all issues dealt with same day, they had all the parts required to fix my bike which made it so much quicker. The owner and employees are extremely kind and helpful, they are willing to help and explain things to you as well as show you what went wrong with your bike. Thank you guys for the amazing service. Highly recommend it if you need service done on a bike.
While on a tour from the US, I needed a rear tire installed. Cycle source found the required make and size, had it delivered in less than 2 days, and then installed it less than an hour after receiving it. Great service.
I would not recommend anyone to go this shop .. I took my bike to them kawasaki ninja 2025 and I wanted to replace the front suspension which I ordered myself it was brand new and my bike had no issues with the front abs sensor ring.. when they installed the suspension they bent and damaged my ABS sensor ring.. when I took my bike back to them right after I left the shop they refused to accept their mistake and said its going to cost be 100$ again to get it fixed..I told them it was working absolutely perfect when I dropped ... read more
I feel completely taken advantage of by this shop. I brought my motorcycle in because it had a starting issue. The first thing they checked was the battery, and they specifically told me that the battery was fine and had no problems. They also checked the solenoid and said it was working properly. After that, they told me they were 100% certain that the starter motor was the problem. Based on their diagnosis, I approved the repair and paid approximately $530 CAD. I love this place. The owner gives really good deals, makes sure you get everything you need and shows you what’s wrong with your bike and what happened to it. 10/10 experience and recommend anyone to come here for any motorcycle needs
