Scott and team are highly experienced and friendly and reasonably priced. With many years of cycling and experience with different bike shops I can safely say this is the best place in Toronto to get your bike serviced. I recently took my Turbo Vado Specialized e-bike for a tire swap. They do an excellent job and found a recall on my bike that they ordered the part and fixed the bike all at a zero cost to me for the recall. As I live near the Cycle Solution location, I always buy cycling items from there. This evening, I went to buy a bike tube but accidentally bought the wrong one. When I returned, they happily exchanged it for the correct item. The staff are always friendly and helpful whenever I shop there. Thank you.
My first “nice” bike was built here and it’s been a gateway to endless fun. Kale and his team are more helpful and genuine than any other shop I’ve experienced. Very grateful to have them close by.
