Great service and reliable bike care. I had a great experience at Cycle Solutions. They did an excellent job fixing my bike and also took the time to do a thorough regular check to make sure everything was in good shape. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly care about the quality of their work. My bike feels smooth and reliable again. I really appreciate the attention to detail and honest advice. Highly recommend Cycle Solutions for repairs and regular maintenance!
Bait and switched me on the price. Called Loki f for some bike bearings and was told they are .10 each after asking for the specific size, etc. Confirmed this twice, and total bill should have been around $8. When my boyfriend went to pick them up they tried to charge $40. Went to another bike shop who charged me 0.10 each, so clearly that is the market rate. It’s not about the money but it is about the principle.

Scott and team are highly experienced and friendly and reasonably priced. With many years of cycling and experience with different bike shops I can safely say this is the best place in Toronto to get your bike serviced. I recently took my Turbo Vado Specialized e-bike for a tire swap. They do an excellent job and found a recall on my bike that they ordered the part and fixed the bike all at a zero cost to me for the recall.
