I went in after hours with a flat tire, Chris helped me with a new tube and showed me how to do it myself! This is what makes a business, reputation. And in my books, they have a great one!!
I bought my bike here last year and was thrilled with the friendly service. I've brought it back twice for tune ups and, not only did they help me get my bike out of the back of my car, they were really friendly and helpful when I had questions. It's so nice to go into a bike shop and to be treated with respect and friendliness. That should be the rule, not the exception! I highly recommend going to get your bike at the Cycle Shoppe.
Personally I had very good shopping experiences at cycle shoppe. I have just moved down in Toronto. Started to look for a nice local bike shop. Cycle shoppe is a really nice one. All the staffs and manager are very patient. Since I kept changing mind on the choice of bike, I had gone in there so many times. Every single time, I was treated nicely.
