Brought a set of forks to replace seals and completely ruined my fork tube and refused to take responsibility for it(most likely spun them on the vise). They blamed it on previous work when I know good and well the tube was not scratched because I've never changed seals. After only 3 rides the seals started leaking again. It cost me $550 to replace the forks with a used set.
