No note or voice mail saying they'd be closed. My brother drove to the shop on a crippled bike to find out nobody was there. Even the UPS guy could drop off parts.
Great place to get maintenance done. Shopped around to do a front tire mount and balance and these guys had the best price of 70 bucks, while Coleman Powersports wanted 120! These guys are a smaller local type shop. They'll remember who you are when you come in and just do the work asked. Great small shop. Will be back again.
Was looking forward to getting my bike's new tire put on here after reading the reviews. Rode down there during the posted business hours and no one was there attempted to make a phone call knowing that this was coming off of a holiday weekend but no help to be had. Left message but was never contacted back. I understand with small companies needing to go out and get stuff or taking vacation and a sign would have helped out greatly.
Used them for a general checkup on an old, carb'd bike I had. The checkup was thorough, quick, and cheap, and did not identify any of the piddling stuff that you get at the big dealers. There was also no pressure to have the work performed there, very low-key. Was advised that I could do some work myself. Very good staff, willing to talk on price.
