Didn't pick up my bike on time.... still waiting for them to finish, they keep pushing back a day, I keep calling and every time they say two more days
They did the job well and it was quick. Customer service I would score around a 86% which is pretty good. I had a tune up, rear tire replaced, front headlight fixed, and few other minor adjustments or a little over $500. I felt it's a little pricey but I'm a penny pincher so.. 4 stars! :]
The mechanical work is ok. Don't expect a price break for return customers. Check your bike after every service. These guys have a tendency to break things and not tell you about it.
