Excellent Experience!! From being greeted at the door by a four legged chocolate lab maître de, to the salesman (Darren), to the admin person (Josh), to the final walk around (Wayne). Can’t say enough about this shop!
The service and parts department are awesome to deal with. They are knowledgeable and go that extra mile for you even to find a exhaust stud for a 78 motorcycle brand they don't sell. You need tires, these guy are the best.
Made a small purchase here in 2025 (a couple hundred bucks) I signed nothing. Come to find out now in 2026 they gave all my contact info out to a third party without my consent. Edit: The manager here tried lying to me to say that they MUST have my email in order to provide a warranty and that this is the manufacturers policy. So I checked and that is a complete lie. As I suspected Stihl will honor warranties with a receipt only. Nothing but lies from the manager here
Customer service and parts support. I first walked into Cycle North last year for the first time to purchase parts for my Mercruiser inboard engine. I found pricing to be competitive plus they had what I was looking for. I’ve since dealt with the parts department a few more times and for someone new new to them, I’ve always received great support so the choice was easy when looking for a little four stroke outboard.
