I remember when it was pouring heavy rain and I just got in to purchase handle bar tape in my lunch break. I asked if I could quickly change my bar tape under the cover of the shop and he said no. There were no other customers and it’s heavy heavy rain, I pleaded I will be very quick, the owner still said no. I got back to work soaked and it’s never say right with me.
