Have been meaning to leave José a review for months- one of the only honest, kind mechanics left in Sydney! Hard to find these days. He’s fair, knowledgeable and wants to get your bike in good shape! Thanks always José- would recommend to anyone in the area looking to support a small business.
Jose has been servicing our cycling needs for years, including a complex convertion of a classic MTB into a 1-by. Most recently he price-matched two e-bikes to the best other price we could find online, we were vary happy with that.
Great service! Walked in for assistance with tightening my pedals on my bike as I’d forgot to pack my larger Allan key- was the quickest and easiest fix with a smile! Thanks
I'm not happy with his service. He was rushing when I arrived and because of that he dropped my bicycle and the chain came off. He didn't even apologise, he said my bike was too old. Anyways, I left my bike with him and after 2 days I picked it up when it was ready and it was worse than before! I struggled a lot on my way back home because all the gears were not working well, I never had that issue before and I didn't have time to come back so he could fix it again. My much loved road bike was up for a service. Gear shifting not ideal, tiny noise here and there, nothing wrong, but just not perfect. So I dropped it in Crows Nest in the morning and let Jose do his magic. I got it back in the evening - and - it does not feel like the same bike any longer!!!
