This place always seems busy, and I can see why! Showed up on a Saturday morning for first-come, first-served service for a minor light; ended up having great conversations with both other customers and the employees. Employees were very professional, courteous, and helpful. Cost for the service was much less than expected, and quotes for things I’d like to take care of were equally reasonable. Thank you too Cycle Max for always hooking me up so im race ready. Great atmosphere and friendly staff that helpful. They try and sell you stuff but its never pushy and its always stuff related to what you came in for. And prices are good I know what parts unlimited and yamaha charge a dealership so I wouldn't recommend this place if it was a ridiculous markup
2nd bad experience with this place, the Sales team is lacking in their product knowledge in how to negotiate a deal. Avoid!!!
Service team is really really good. They were super flexible. I needed tires put on no other place to do it. They turned it around in less than three days and for a really good price. Solid team.
