I bought two bikes and helmets yesterday and could not have gone better. So friendly and helpful.
My husband purchased my bike here so naturally we went back for my daughters purchase. The girl who helped us was so knowledgeable and patient. We walked out with a bike, basket, helmet, and accessories. They even offers to deliver the bike. Amazing customer service you can't get from internet showing. Highly recommend. We will be Back for a bike rack.

I had my mountain bike tuned @ cycle masters and I experience the best customer service ever.
Stopped if Friday for a few small parts. I was treated like I was spending millions. It was a great shopping experience. When I was talking to the two sales people they DIDN"T treat me like "I knew nothing and They knew everything". They listened to everything I had to say and treated me with respect and made me feel that they were truly grateful for my patronage. I WILL BE RETURNING for more!!!!
