oh, my. where to begin...i called to make sure they sold tire, "yes" so i went in to get one. told them i would bring the wheel, if they mount new tire and balance it. 4 days later, no call from the people so i paid a visit. the parts dude said that they had ordered the wrong tire but they would give me the 'right' one at the same price. 7 days later, still no tire; paid another visit:"it hasn't come in yet, probably on the truck waiting for delivery". 9 days later i paid another visit...what? tire is ready and nobody called... read more
