Great bike mechanic shop. Took my road bike over to install a new crankset and bottom bracket (brought my own parts). Very easy drop-off process, got an estimate for the work on the spot. Reasonable pricing with detailed cost breakdown on the work order. Did a great job on the install and I assume adjusted my deraileur for me, which was a nice touch! Highly recommend for any involved bike maintenance.
Staff was very helpful in determining which bike to purchase at my price point. Great communication, customer service, and knowledgeable team make the buying experience a real pleasure.
Great customer service, with excellent and thorough discussion about the products that we were considering, and no feeling of needing to rush through the process. The product lineup is great, and having floor models made it easier to assess the differences between brands and options. We appreciated the ability to test the equipment in the store. During pickup, very helpful with installation that completed the experience on a very positive note!
