Every experience that I have at the store is a great experience. From the first time I walked in to purchase my bike , add accessories and now service the team there is knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and really helpful. Ben in service specifically goes above and beyond to help me. Even though I am a new rider I am treated as if I were part of the family. Thank you Burlington Cycle Loft for being a local company that stil puts their customers first. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in biking.
