Long story short, I thought there was something wrong with my bike, but the team at Cycle Improvements found otherwise. I appreciate their honesty, thoroughness and total of the bill was very much to my liking! I had heard good things about this place, now I know that that all the good things are true!
I booked an appointment to get a oil change and the low beams on my Aprilia Shiver fixed. I was running a bit behind for my appointment but I arrived there and was told that it would take approximately 1 hour. It took well over one hour. I was shown that the wires were melted and corroded and that there was nothing wrong with the bulb itself. The technician said he would cut it down to whatever good wiring was left. Professional and trustworthy. They do it right !
The guys are helpful/knowledgeable and do quality work. I haven't had major work done here, yet, but if I need it, I will definitely bring it to them. They've done a few tire swaps, rebuilt my suspension, bearings, etc., and all turned around the day I came in (and most of the time this has been without an appointment). I tell everyone I can to give them a call if they need work done now.
