I’ve come here in a pinch to get tires swapped twice now. Owner and tech will be totally full and drowning in work, smile and tell me they’ll help get me out riding for the weekend. What a beaut. They always got atleast 30 bikes being worked on, always busy cuz they’re good at what they do.
Staff is responsive, clear, and helpful. Service was quick. Highly recommend.
I had an excellent experience with the Cycle Improvements crew; I’d been trying to get quotes from multiple shops for 2 weeks and couldn’t get straight answers on pricing, timeline, etc. Within an hour of reaching out for a quote I had pricing AND recommendations from James. Jim was the place to get your tires properly balanced, but he doesn't have tire inventory, and he doesn't seem to be aware how hard it is to get your hands on 200 sized tires. So I previously purchased tires elsewhere and had Jim put them on a couple times in the past - the price was reasonable and the turnaround time was pretty good.
