We went looking for boots and a helmet for my husband at the Orange store. The girl helping us was friendly, very patient, and explained differences between different boots and helmets really well! We were able to get what we needed, and then some, try everything on, and walk out happy!
Alec was absolutely fantastic with helping my father and me select the right gear and ensuring that the multiple transactions we needed to do were processed exactly the way we wanted.
Amazing time amazing staff
Truly a pleasure shopping at this store, not only do they have a really good selection of gear in store, but also can get whatever you want delivered to your house. The staff has always been nothing but friendly and informational, they give you space to shop but are there when you need them.
Ordered a tire online and was given a phone call to let me know it had arrived in store. Brought my wheel down the same day and had excellent service from Alec/Alex (sorry couldn’t get a good look at name tag) and Veronica. Left my wheel overnight but received a phone call less than hour later saying it was complete. Fast and friendly service. Will be back.
