Bought a new Shoei helmet from this location and the helmet ended up having horrible wind noise, I tried adjusting it to fix the issue but couldn't eliminate the noise. Took it back and talked to Travis who took a look at it and deemed it defective. He hooked me up with a new helmet no questions asked which was such a relief.
