The Maple Grove Cycle Gear folks are awesome! As a matter of fact, all of the Twin Cities area Cycle Gear stores are awesome! In Maple Grove I was greeted when I came in the store, then left to browse on my own until I needed help - I like this! The staff was very helpful, understanding and informative. No pressure, just lots of great info and help when needed. I’m a definite Cycle Gear and Revzilla fan!
New 8/17/2026 review. I had an issue with my Helmet I purchased a year ago. We all know how spendy those have gotten. When I found out it was covered under warranty IN HOUSE I was so relieved. Mark the sales rep was absolutely awesome to work with. He informed me they are a "house" brand and that's how their warranty works. I said sold! First impression not great. The dude could barely understand me speaking clear English. Was told an hour to an hour and a half wait for front and rear tire swap which was fine but I ended up waiting almost 3 hours with no call or text to come get them…so I go inside and sure enough my tires were ready to be picked up after 3 hours of no communication. Bring the tires home to put back on the bike and the wheel weights were falling off already…very frustrating. Will not be coming back.
