Couldn't add a second review so updated this one. Cj from the Maple Grove MN store listened to my concerns with my current Sedici (lack of air, poor venting, gets hot in the MN sun, etc) and showed me the new Pro Mod which luckily released a week prior. Went in with the idea of getting a Yamaha MT10 and met Monte who was patient and sold a 2025 model to me that was on the floor. Little did I know Capital One does not finance motorcycles and Monte was able to help with getting financing. Everyone was warm and welcoming, honest, and I believe they are good at what they do! Thanks to the team at Heinen's!
Very competent, courteous & very attentive staff (Tyler & Travis) absolutely knew how to help me with suggestions from different safety gear, gear properly fitting, pricing and making sure we were comfortable with our purchase before heading out the door.
