Update. Stopped to purchase a battery and the staff is so helpful in looking up the correct battery. I stopped by to purchase a helmet for teaching, they helped me find one that fits and walked me through check out. Waiting on a call back for a large helmet purchase. Thanks Katy Cycle Gear!!!
Avoid this store if you can. I went in to return a helmet and possibly buy a new one, the guys didn't really do any kind of actual measuring or give me helpful insight besides eyeballing my head shape and then telling me my only options are a $900 Arai helmet or figure it out online. I returned my helmet which I bought through Affirm and the guy helping didn't know how to process it correctly so now I'm arguing with Affirm to get them to help me figure out how to properly do this return. Cycle Gear Katy has the BEST staff. Whoever trained them needs to visit the other locations around town. Attentive, organized, and friendly. Love these guys.
