They had knowledgeable staff that made suggestions that were helpful
Really good service. All riding styles seem to be accommodated. Big selection. Knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure.
As always Cycle Gear has excellent people. Kind and attentive. Unfortunately, there was only one employee covering the entire store. I felt bad for the poor guy.
