Bought tires on their website & had them sent to store. They arrived in less than a week, brought my old tires/rims to store - they installed and balanced new rubber that same day. Excellent communication, assistance and overall customer service.
Heavily damaged my rear wheel and front brake disc on my new bike when they did the tire mounting. Wasn’t worried or mad at first, they owned up to it said they’d take care of it. It’s going on a month and still nothing. No updates, no calls, it’s a new bike so I’m very disappointed. Also, pretty sure they lost a valve stem cover because the rear is chrome now with a black one in the front lol.
