Jay was very helpful. He gave great customer service, and found the best product solution for me. He also told me about the Cycle Gear membership program which saved me enough money to pay for the membership.
Greeted promptly as I entered the store. Asked if there was anything I needed and they got me the exact item I was looking for. This place has a little bit of everything. Great prices and friendly staff.
Get your wheels and tires serviced elsewhere. Leaving my first one star review for this place. Short version: It took a week to get my tires installed, they were installed incorrectly, they didn't have tubes in stock nor a working wheel balance machine and I have yet to get a response from Cycle gear for a refund on their lack of service. Dropped off a wheel to be mounted and balanced and they were able to get it done and back to me in an hour. Nice people, too.
I purchased a helmet. The sales person was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy at all. They also have a ton of choices. It was an excellent experience.
