Cycle gear may be a big chain store, but they give the experience of a small hometown store that will go out of their way for each customer. The manager at Colonie cycle gear went out of his way to help us have the best experience and we walked away with everything we wanted and a little bit more.
The two staff members were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They provided their attention to the questions I had and gave answers that satisfied my concerns to the utmost detail. More than impressed and will definitely be a returning customer.
