We had a great experience when we went in. I didn’t get the kids name but he was so helpful and made what could’ve been an overwhelming experience into a great experience. He was knowledgeable and was great with my kids ! He tested each and everyone of the helmets to make sure they fit as they should for my kiddos! We also got some gloves as well ! My girls were in their glory !!! Highly recommended and I will absolutely tell everyone about them

Spoke with John on the phone and asked him a series of annoying questions to which he replied with patience and kindness. I will submit another review after I make the trip to the store in Colonie to purchase riding attire for the upcoming Riding Season.
