The employees are personable, knowledgeable and professional. I'm bad with names but the guy with the Grom was much help. Letting me know that there was an OEM part that I was looking for as well as an aftermarket one that was better. Didn't get that part but left with nice pair of gloves. The only reason for four instead of five stars is the prices seem a bit high for me.
The Staff worked with me to take care of a warranty and they were very professional and accommodating and thats why I use Cycle Gear for my Motorcycle needs.
Store staff was friendly and helpful definitely will shop here again and they had a nice selection of products that I needed..
Cycle gear is the right place to go for all your needs. Helmets, gloves, clothing parts for your bike. Great place. I was like a kid in a candy store and they were very helpful with me.Picking out my first helmet the shoei 1400 great helmet and got it on a great price.
I called the Seaside shop to have my tire shipped to their store as my local store’s tire machine was not working. I was told that it was no problem and it was going to cost $30.00 to mount and balance. I drove 4 hours to get to the store at which point they told me that I would need to put a new tube I it and it would costs an additional 30.00 dollars.
