First time stepping foot into this place to purchase my first helmet, overwhelmed by so many options. Rob and Azfaris helped guide me in the right direction. I did initially get a helmet that was a bit large and didn’t fit snug. My second visit was to exchange the helmet I got for a smaller one and Rob helped me really understand what to look for in a great fitting helmet. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and offer really great customer service. I’ll be coming back for all my bike needs, gear, and questions.
Excellent service! I saw the Street and Steel Sissy Bar Bag online at a lower price than in the store. I reserved it. They called the next day to say it was ready and that they would definitely honor the price I saw online. The whole transaction took minutes. These guys are knowledgeable and the quality of their products is great. I've never had a bad purchase at Cycle Gear.
