Evan was very good and knew exactly what I wanted. He had a little problem with FedEx however you rectified the situation immediately and called me back. And he also referred me to a guy that would come straight to my work and change my tires for me called mobile Moto lab.

Cycle Gear has a lot of merchandise for the motorcycle rider, and the prices are fair. I have been to this shop 3 times, and managed to find what I was looking for. My only complaint is the complete lack of customer service. Not once, on any of my visits, did I ever receive an offer of help from a staff member. I was never approached, or asked if I was looking for anything in particular.
