Great experience getting my helmet. Great staff, very helpful with positive attitudes
I was looking for a new set of tires for some new wheels I had bought and was trying to get something that day and have them installed. They had a few different sets in my size to choose from which were all pretty competitively priced. I was able to purchase and have them installed while I waited and was done in a very timely manner. The employee who helped me, I believe his name was Xavier, went above and beyond to make sure he got my tires done for me even tho it was within an hour of closing time. I had reserved two filter wrenches the night before. Both were on the sales counter when I arrived. I asked about the oil and filter for my particular bike, which they (of course) had in stock. The brand of filter used a standard 17mm socket wrench to install, so the salesman asked if I still wanted the wrenches, which I did. Most places, it would never occur to ask me about the wrenches. I suspect some would deliberately ignore the whole thing. Kudos to Cycle Gear for the knowledgeable and professional service.
Picked up tires at the Pittsburgh store and had them mounted at the Pacheco store. Everybody was very helpful and got everything done quickly
