I was looking for a tire and needed it to be mounted and I didn’t have the time when buying the tire. I looked online and found a tire but to my to my dismay, when I signed up to get the 10% off with my email address it then prompted me to send a phone number them as well. This bait and switch is not a good marketing strategy. It’s deceptive to be exact. I proceeded in to the store and bought a new tire and that was also another odd experience. drove from campbell to redwood since they have the most helmets on-shelf and i needed to size myself for a rounded one (less commonly stocked in house) super friendly and helpful staff, if you’re down for the drive it was well worth it for the increased options. definitely avoid it during peak traffic though, god damn 67 minute drive back lmao
My recent experiences at Cycle Gear in Redwood City have been outstanding. After returning to riding following a 20+ year hiatus, I was shopping for a new helmet for my myself and my girlfriend.
